How does this process work?

We can take you through the whole process, or though any stage.

1. Initial Consultation - Depending on the project you are undertaking, discussions would be centred on such things as your space needs, budget, concepts, business plan etc. If you are renovating an existing building we will look at how you use the domestic or commercial space, whether this is appropriate for your business or lifestyle and the kinds of changes needed to turn your building into a space that reflects you. If we are looking at a new building then we would discuss the ways you see the space being used, and any particular requirements or concepts you have in mind – we will be able to offer useful suggestions for the layout of your building (kitchens, bathrooms etc) if we are involved from the initial planning stages.
2. Design & Pricing - We work with you to develop an interior which fits your budget and design needs, and we will present you with a finished design plan and detailed pricing covering every aspect of your project. For both residential and commercial work this can include any equipment, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing or other trades, furniture, lighting, painting, flooring etc.
3. Furniture & Lighting - Once the design has been finalised we can supply you with any furniture, lighting, flooring or wall coverings you require. We can source existing products from our suppliers or we can create something unique to reflect your personality and space.
4. Project Management - Managing a project is a stressful and time-consuming task – we can manage all aspects of your project and ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
5. Fit Out - On many past projects we have undertaken the fit out and this will save you time and money – the Cork wine cafe was open 6 weeks after the client’s initial contact.
